Minimum Requirements
- Current 2 years experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning in an Acute Care or Rehab setting
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry and government reimbursement, Required
- Current licensure in a clinical discipline per state guidelines (RN, RT, SW preferred)
- Associates Degree in a healthcare field (Bachelor s degree preferred)
- Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS Certifications
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO or any scheduling requests
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
