What You’ll Be Doing:
As a **LTAC RN**, you’ll work with patients who have complex, chronic medical conditions. Here’s a sneak peek of what your day-to-day might look like:
- Providing advanced nursing care to patients with conditions like respiratory failure, multi-organ disease, or post-surgical complications.
- Monitoring and managing ventilators, trachs, and other critical care equipment (you're a wizard with these!).
- Collaborating with a rockstar interdisciplinary team of doctors, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, and more.
- Developing individualized care plans that help patients on their road to recovery.
- Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families. You're not just treating conditions—you’re lifting spirits!

What You Bring:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License – Current and valid in GA or Compact/Multistate .
- At least 2 yrs of RECENT LTAC, Critical Care, ICU or Related RN Experience – Experience in acute care settings preferred, but related fields are definitely encouraged to apply!

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current GA RN License or Compact
