Job Description: Med/Surg RN

Minimum Requirements:
- Current Med/Surg RN Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting.
- Licensing: Active RN license in Louisiana (LA).
- Certifications:
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Additional certifications may be required.
- Skills Checklist: Must have a completed skills checklist from within the past 12 months.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- EMR Experience: Provide details of electronic medical record (EMR) experience, including the number of years and systems used.
- Scheduling Requests: Please include final RTO (Requests Time Off) or any scheduling preferences.
- References: Provide three supervisory references from the past two years of employment.
Shift:
- Hours: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Days)
Compensation:
- Travel Hourly Pay: $20.00
- Travel Stipend: $1,245.60
- Weekly Travel Package: $1,965.60
