On Call Requirements: (IF PROVIDED, IF NOT, WRITE IN TBD)
Travel Hourly Pay: $14528.19
Travel Stipend: $1771.00
Travel Weekly Package: $524785.96

- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
