Type: Progressive Care Unit / Telemetry RN
Location: Asheville, NC
Fidé is currently seeking a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit RN with 1 year of experience for a 13-week contract in Asheville, NC.
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1 years of Progressive Care Unit / Telemetry RN experience. Must have experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications like nitroglycerine, Cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutrex, insulin drip, heparin, bumex/Lasix; etc. Experience with prostacyclins (Flolan, Veletri, Remodulin) and relief charge experience preferred.
Unit Information: Patient population: patients with CHF, MI, CP, arrhythmia, Pulmonary Hypertension; valvular disease, endocarditis; DKA; post cardiac cath/stent; post pacer/ICD/ ablation. Type of equipment: Zoll, Baxter pump, lift equipments, bladder scanner. EMR - Cerner. Bedside Cardioversion often performed on unit. Floating areas: All MedSurg units, Stepdown units, COVID unit, and ER holding.
Scrub colors: All white or all navy blue or white top and navy blue pants.

Travel Hourly Pay: $20
Travel Stipend: $1400

- Current NC RN License compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Driver s License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO no more than seven days
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
