About the Role:
Fidé is seeking a Social Worker, MSW to join a dedicated team at an 84-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital in Indianapolis, IN. This is a 13-week contract position with a focus on mental health, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, and PTSD treatment. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and a passion for working with a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings and patient discussions.
- Lead and coordinate daily group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers and treatment staff.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and daily activities.
- Provide support in treatment planning, discharge planning, and crisis interventions.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or Psychology.
- 1 year of inpatient psychiatric hospital experience (preferred).
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card (exemptions available upon request).
- Skills Checklist from within the last 12 months.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Previous EMR experience (please include years of experience and systems used).
- Two supervisory references from the past two years of employment.
- Final RTO (Requested Time Off) must not exceed 7 days during the contract period.
Documentation:
- Paper documentation will be used, and it is essential that all records are completed daily and legible.
