Summary
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Tech to join our team at Fidé. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Your expertise will help ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during operations by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
- Ensure all surgical instruments are accounted for before and after procedures.
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols at all times.
- Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a surgical tech - CS experience or knowledge would be a plus
- Current BLS
- Driver's License
- TB Screening
