Previous dental office experience and familiarity with insurance processes are required. Responsibilities :
- Greeting Patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable, alerting the team upon arrival
- Answering phones
- Created treatment estimates and scheduling for maximum productivity
- Ability to create, handle, and master treatment plan estimates
- Assisting the Office Manager in accounts reconciliation
- Confidently communicate with patients while reviewing treatment plans and creating value
- Verification of Insurance benefits and pulling breakdowns from various insurance companies
- Collecting patient portions at the time of service Qualifications :
- Equivalent to High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and specified training courses mandated by the state for certification, licensure, or registration
- Eaglesoft Practice Management Software (Preferred)
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have at least 2 years of dental experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and have a team-oriented attitude
- Experience in collecting patient portions at the time of service gracefully
- Capable of working independently with a team-oriented mindset successfully Compensation : $36,000 - $40,000 yearly
