Our sports and leisure complex boasts impressive state-of-the-art aquatic facilities enjoyed by individuals of all ages, as well as tennis, paddle sports, fitness options, and The Cove, a mini club designed for children. Our elegant manor-style clubhouse features both casual and fine dining options, along with the finest banquet facilities in the area for galas, weddings, and social gatherings. We are looking for a Grill Station Attendant- Seasonal to join the Fiddler’s Family and share their passion for hospitality with our members, guests, and fellow staff members. Our exceptional golf courses and events team hosts a wide range of events from comedy shows and concerts to Fourth of July celebrations and New Year’s Eve festivities, our annual FiddleFest Music and Food Festival, Member White-Out Party, golf outings and sporting events. We also host smaller clubs within the Club, such as our beloved Book Club and Cigar Club. Our members host many private events like weddings, social events, and celebrations of life milestones.
Essential Functions :
- Take beverage and food orders from servers and guests
- Ability to operate a grill
Cook hamburgers, hot dogs, etc.
Observe all requirements and restrictions set forth by the NJ Alcohol Beverage Control Board (ABC) when serving alcoholOpening and closing duties associated with this stationSet- up and break-down of stations
Maintain a clean and well stocked cart and kitchen with snacks and beveragesAssist with moving of furniture on Club propertyObserve appropriate sanitation and safety standards while handling food and beveragesClean grill stations and beverage carts on a daily basis; ensure carts and stations are stored properlyEnsure all products and supplies are returned to their proper location at the end of every shiftCommunicate with beverage carts to deliver food and drink to golfersPerform other duties as assigned by managers / supervisorsSkills :

Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language of our members / guestsMust be able to operate a golf cart safely and efficiently; have a valid Driver’s LicenseAbility to utilize caution when operating golf cartMust be 18 years or olderMust be able to follow proper food handling proceduresAbility to follow Tagmarshal and Golf Map for appropriate routeTIPS Certified preferredMust be a team player and willing to work well with othersPhysical Requirements :
