- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations as needed.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in restocking supplies as necessary and support team members during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
