Fidé is currently seeking a Case Manager RN with experience for a 13-week contract in Manhattan, KS.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Case Manager RN and possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Requirements
- Current KS RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- COVID Vaccination Card, exemptions allowed upon request
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Driver's License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO no more than seven days
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
