Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of current ICU experience
- Acute hospital experience required
- Current NJ RN License - compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS – must obtain by start date
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Document all assessments, interventions, and patient response accurately and timely
- Participate in the patient rehabilitation program
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
