Full-time position managing the front desk of a busy multidisciplinary musculoskeletal practice. Physical therapy, Chiropractic & Medical services.. Must be an energetic health conscious person with the ability to multitask. Must have 1 years experience.
Skills required:
- Answer phones
- Schedule patients with multiple providers
- Verify insurance
- Obtain referrals & authorizations
- Assist with patient paperwork & office flow
- Collect fees
- Manage patient files
- Navigate through EHR software to input charges and co-pays.
