Position Purpose : Develop and analyze performance of products and new ideas including use of sophisticated data analysis techniques to design and model experiments
- Ideate, design and develop experiments to understand performance of new products, ideas and businesses
- Requires project management, data acquisition, analysis reporting and presentation of results
- Make recommendations on necessary changes to product features
- Requires to closely with the Product and Marketing teams and serve as a guide regarding any analytical research work
- Facilitate and develop internal relationships to further grow and maximize the performance and analytics function throughout the organization
- Develop executive research finding summaries to be used by Senior Management and the Board of Directors
- Ability to drive multiple projects to completion
- Strong presentation skills
- Be a strong team player and cultivate relations across functions and Health Plans
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education / Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research or related field. Master's degree preferred. 3 years of related experience. Strategy consulting background strongly preferred. Knowledgeable in Medicaid, Medicare and Ambetter highly preferred.
Pay Range : $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
