Job Title: Health Benefit Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify membership growth opportunities in assigned territories and enroll individuals in Fidelis Care products and services.
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of all Fidelis Care products, including Medicaid Managed Care, Medicare, MLTC, FIDA, and HARP.
- Build relationships with community leaders and organizations to promote Fidelis Care products.
- Utilize Sales Force CRM as an activity tracking and lead/referral tracking tool.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2-5 years of prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Basic computer skills.
- Driver's License required.
