What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Vice President, Plan Product position at Fidelis Care?

Location : NY - Required to be in one of the NY office locations 2-3 times a week - Long Island City (preferred), Buffalo or Albany.
Position Purpose : Plan and direct all aspects of the operations for assigned products and programs, including responsibility for profit and loss
- Oversee the development for new market initiatives, assessing new products, analyzing business opportunities, and integrating programs
- Develop and implement monitoring standards to assess product results and performance
- Maintain and update financial forecasts and financial performance, including profit and loss
- Facilitate operational oversight for product and program functions, identify opportunities for improving efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure operational processes and policies are compliant with corporate standards and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
- Oversee new system, product, and business implementations
- Represent the company's position on assigned product line issues at the state and national level on regulatory issues, rates, filings, and political questions
Education / Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration or related field. 10 years of healthcare, managed care, or related operations oversight experience. Previous experience in a senior management role, including strategic planning and product / program experience. Master’s degree preferred.Pay Range : $227,400.00 - $431,900.00 per year
