- Full-Project Involvement : Engage in every stage of the project, from design and prototyping to mass production and sustaining
- Design Feedback : Review designs and provide feedback on manufacturability to ensure smooth production transitions
- Contract Manufacturer (CM) Collaboration : Work closely with CMs to establish build readiness, including designing, reviewing, and implementing production fixtures
- Managing BOMs and PLM systems
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for CMs to drive project progress
- Investigate and root-cause problems, driving fixes back to engineering teams or CMs
- Process Improvement : Learn from past projects and proactively refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality across all projects
