Essential Job Functions:
- Review credit paperwork with customers to ensure accurateness of terms and details.
- Follow-up with customers to schedule availability to review installed products and systems.
- Perform TDS test and Precipitation test to ensure product results post-installation.
- Answer any questions or concerns customer may have about the product.
- Develop and maintain key business relationships with customers.
- Complete and audit soap orders, selections, and types.
- Finalize sale orders by purchasing and delivering gifts to customers.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Skills, Competencies, and Requirements:
- Bilingual is required (English/Spanish).
- Demonstrated experience with PC systems and CRMs to include: proposing emails, navigating through computer systems, and scheduling appointments.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organization skills.
- Must have a valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
- 1 year of sales experience is a plus.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
