Essential Job Functions
- Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information about products such as: describing merchandise and explaining use, operation, and care of merchandise and/or troubleshooting complications.
- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for resolution.
- Prepares daily scheduling routes for field service technicians, including constant communication with field managers and operations manager on service statuses.
- Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and services.
- Reach out to current customers to schedule needed services on equipment and the importance for services.
- Follow-up with contacted customers to ensure they received their service, equipment and/or issues addressed.
- Responsible to reach and maintain various quotas daily, monthly, and annually to include: inbound/outbound call volume, filter sales, service sales and all other department objectives and goals.
- Performs any other assigned duties.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Weekends and evenings are a must.
- Must be proficient in computer operations including but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Self starter with excellent problem solving skills.
- Work effectively in a team environment while striving for individual excellence.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Desired
- Collections agency experience is a plus.
