Job Description

Frazer & Jones is hiring a Certified Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and experience in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery.

Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, assembling and relocating machinery, conveyor work, welding, job site cleanup, and general labor. Work may involve heights

and occasional shutdown projects. This role is essential to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Equipment Maintenance : Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems, including conveyors, hydraulic systems, pumps, and other production equipment.
• Installation : Assemble and install machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Fabrication : Use welding and machining techniques to fabricate parts as needed.
• Preventive Maintenance : Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, including engineers and production staff, to ensure seamless operations.
