Pisos Dispensary is a premier cannabis retailer in Las Vegas, NV, known for top-quality products, expert customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on leader to help drive our success and ensure seamless store operations.

We need someone who isn’t afraid to jump in, lead by example, and be hands-on in all aspects of running the store. This role requires a true team player—someone who understands that great leadership comes from being willing to do whatever is necessary to keep the store running smoothly.

Job Overview

The Store Manager / Dispensary Operations is responsible for leading a team, maintaining compliance, optimizing sales, and handling inventory and financial tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be willing to step in wherever needed, whether that’s assisting customers, troubleshooting POS systems, or handling back-end operations.

ResponsibilitiesStore Management & Leadership

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop a high-performing team of budtenders and support staff.
• Implement and enforce store policies, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
• Lead by example—step in wherever needed, from assisting at the register to stocking shelves.
• Foster a collaborative team culture, ensuring all employees work together effectively.

Sales & Customer Service

• Monitor sales performance and set monthly and daily goals.
• Develop and execute promotions, including updates to the website and mobile app.
• Ensure all staff members provide exceptional customer service.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure full compliance with Nevada cannabis laws and state reporting requirements.
• Train staff on ID verification, purchase limits, and compliance protocols.
• Oversee security measures, ensuring all policies are followed.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
• Work with regulators during audits and inspections.

Inventory & Vendor Relations

• Oversee inventory levels and ordering, ensuring product availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

POS System Management & IT Troubleshooting

• Operate and manage cannabis retail POS systems (Flowhub etc.).
• Train employees on POS operations and troubleshooting.
• Handle software updates, connectivity issues, and troubleshooting for POS and hardware.
• Generate POS reports for compliance, sales tracking, and reconciliation.

Financial Operations & Accounting

• Maintain daily and monthly reconciliation records for sales, inventory, and cash tracking.
• Manage and monitor cash handling procedures.
• Prepare and oversee bank deposits, register counts, and POS cash drawer balancing.
• Assist with payroll processing and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

~ 4 years of retail management experience (cannabis industry preferred).
~ Prior hands-on experience with cannabis POS systems is not required but preferred.
~ Ability to learn, train, and troubleshoot retail POS operations.
~ Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge.
~ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
~ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
~ Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
~ Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a state background check.
~ Must obtain a Nevada Cannabis Dispensary Agent Card through the CCB upon hiring.
~ Must obtain OSHA 30 Certification within 60 days of hire.
~ Must be a hands-on leader willing to help in all aspects of store operations.
