Ideal Candidate Requirements :

Experience in construction or a related field.

Proficiency with electrical and pneumatic power tools and hand tools.

Basic math skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Repair wooden pallets (75-85 lbs.) efficiently and accurately to meet safety and productivity standards.

Inspect pallets for defects such as broken boards, missing components, nail defects, debris, and contamination.

Correct any defects not meeting specifications.

Remove damaged boards using a pry bar and hammer.

Utilize a reciprocating saw and grinder to remove old and bent nails.

Attach appropriate boards per company specifications using a pneumatic nail gun and hammer.

Perform basic math to track pallet repairs.

Be prepared for frequent overtime, weekend work, or rotating shifts.
