Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- 1 year in customer service and dispatching.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatching, scheduling, and customer service in a production/distribution environment.
- Main contact for drivers and vendors.
- Assign loads to forklift drivers and yard hostlers.
- Enter data for work volume statistics and customer service records.
- Schedule inbound/outbound appointments, sign in drivers, and manage inventory software.
- Assist Office Manager with reports and inventory control.
- Alert management of inventory levels.
