Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• 1 years of shipping/receiving or logistic experience (pallet/manufacturing preferred)
• Familiarity with COLT and/or Blue Yonder a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Availability for overtime/weekend shifts as needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Process shipping/receiving documents and reconcile against work orders
• Maintain shipment data in COLT (or similar TMS/WMS) and optimize inventory levels in Blue Yonder
• Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound freight with carriers and drivers
• Communicate proactively with truck drivers, vendors, and internal teams
• Keep organized digital records of all shipping and receiving activities
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
