Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales & Service Representative to join our team. This role combines sales and client service, ensuring both new and existing clients receive exceptional support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is committed to helping clients protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate potential and existing clients on personal and commercial insurance options.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Provide policy recommendations tailored to client needs and risk profiles.
• Manage client accounts, process policy changes, and assist with claims inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding service.
