Strategic Account Manager - Last Mile
The Strategic Account Manager is a critical role responsible for customer retention and growth at FIDELITONE.
This key position seeks to build long-term relationships with customers in support of growing the revenue of FIDELITONE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure existing client accounts achieve budgeted objectives.
- Develop and monitor account-specific metrics to inform business decisions.
- Manage client expectations and communicate regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Create, review, and update client statements of work and educate internal departments.
- Align contract rate structures with billing setups to drive revenue growth.
- Retail clients and attain budgeted targets through effective relationship management.
Daily Activities:
- Track daily activity (calls, emails, events) related to leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships to support business success.
- Prepare volume forecasts by client to inform business strategy.
Requirements:
- Sales support process or client support background.
- Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Data analytics experience to inform business decisions.
- Understanding of P&L management to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Negotiation skills with problem-solving ability to resolve client issues.
- Crafting and revising SOPs and other critical business documentation.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint, Business Intelligence, and CRM software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or relevant field.
- 3-5 years experience in Sales, Inside Sales, and/or Client Support Operations in 3PL industry a plus.
