Job Overview: The candidate for this position will be responsible for developing new small business relationships by cross-selling applicable products and services to create lifetime customers and generate additional business partnerships.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Providing direction and support to the lending staff and servicing existing business loan and deposit portfolios
- Ensuring the relationships meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Sourcing and establishing new banking relationships and lending opportunities to align with Market objectives
Requirements for the position include:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience developing business and/or customer relationships
- The ability to work flexible and/or late hours
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- Banking Experience
- Experience in Business Lending
