The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and distributing to the correct locations
- Processing supply orders
- Delivering supplies to the appropriate departments
- Processing incoming and outgoing packages
- Providing support to the Facilities department in all related facets
- Communicating extensively with internal customers and vendors
Requirements for the position include:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Basic computer kills and ten-key
- A valid driver’s license
- The ability to prioritize tasks in a timely manner
- The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
