Job Description: The Role A Digital Strategy & Solutions (DS&S) Chapter Leader is someone with a proven track record in digital product management and a passion for coaching. This role is a player-coach aligned with the Enterprise Digital Capabilities product area, serving as leader for associates who are implementing digital experiences at scale. Chapter Leaders have digital experience expertise with a dedication to delivering customer value and take responsibility for team members’ skill development and career growth, along with the identification and onboarding of new talent. Our Digital Product organization is in service of Fidelity’s 51 million customers. As a key member of the Enterprise Digital Capabilities leadership team, you will be empowered to contribute to the development and delivery of Digital Documents, Security, Communications, and other core and common experiences. As a Chapter Leader, you will hire, align, and grow the business analysts supporting the delivery of award-winning tools and services on behalf of our customers and associates. You will inspire and empower a team to create intuitive and highly engaging experiences that enable today's digitally savvy clients to achieve their financial goals. You and your associates will work to continually improve the client journey through consistent, integrated, scalable solutions used across Fidelity’s digital experiences. Your team will: Use internal data and research in addition to 3rd party sources to identify problem & opportunity areas, developing clear plans to tackle these areas and gauge success. Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, business, and functional partners to drive product initiatives. Be passionate about building end-to-end delivery of product features and identify and manage cross-impact dependencies and risks. Analyze and synthesize key themes from product analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive product planning. Be an advocate and champion for Fidelity customers and associates. Work closely with stakeholders across the business to build and maintain critical relationships with external partners. The Expertise and Skills You Bring 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years in digital product management and people leadership. Thrives on helping others be their best selves, anticipating people, process, and technology needs People management background - including sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and performance management. Proven track record of coaching individuals to deliver high value products to customers. Strong emotional intelligence, able to build relationships, influence peers, stakeholders, and senior leaders to drive great decisions/outcomes Strategic problem solver, proven execution, data based and analytical approach to solving problems Demonstrated experience to manage through influence and serve as trusted business advisor to leaders in a matrixed organization Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience requirement The Team As part of the Digital Products Domain, we obsess over providing our Clients and Associates simple, fast, and easy digital service across all channels.
