Job Description: In this role as a key member of the WI Relationship Management team you will be providing comprehensive administrative support to members of the RM management team in Workplace Investing, while also managing a team of Executive Assistants within the RM organization. The Executive Assistants you manage will have a dotted line reporting structure to supporting specific managers and their teams and you can and should expect day to day direction of the Executive Assistants to rest with the assigned team leaders. Your leadership will focus on their broader development needs and encouraging best practices and consistency across the administrative support for Workplace Investing Relationship Management. As a player coach role, approximately 70% of your time will be spent in the Executive Assistant role to individuals on the senior relationship management team and 30% of your time will be spent in the manager role for the other Executive Assistants on your team. You will need to be able to perform your duties while working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This role will require adaptability and creativity as we evolve the roles and levels of support provided for the future needs of the business. The Expertise You Have Bachelor’s degree as well as 5 years of progressive work experience supporting high level executives Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to successfully interact with all levels of senior management and associates Ability to work with senior level client contacts and their administrative staff Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products Comfort level with Sharepoint is preferred Empathetic leadership capability The Skills You Bring Extremely detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills form the foundation of your leadership style Strong coaching skills that are rooted in an interest in learning, listening and a positive approach to providing balanced feedback and change management Influencing skills to modernize redesign and lead teams Advanced ability to multi-task and proactively anticipate the needs of executives and other executive assistants Effectively interact with senior level management as well as associates Proven track record of working cooperatively and effectively with various personalities Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership The Value You Deliver Ensure continuity among the WI Relationship Administrative Assistants in the strategic market. Help to ensure that best practices are in place to help everyone get their jobs done in the most efficient manner Keep the group up to date on upcoming internal and external events that may require coordination Make sure that compliance procedures are in place and groups are up to date on current and new compliance policies/procedures Help to make sure that spikes in work loads are recognized and addressed by finding additional resources that may be able to 'pitch in' during crunch times or smooth out over a period of time Coordinate coverage for vacations/sick time. Regularly check in with managers to make sure they are getting the coverage/support that they need on a day to day basis and also with any special projects they may need assistance with Ensure that the group works together in a team spirited environment and represents the WI Relationship Management organization in a very professional manner Certifications: Category: Administration Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences.
