We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes. Duties
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor vital signs to ensure client health and safety.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Support clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Maintain accurate records of client care, including changes in condition or behavior.
- Respect resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as hospice care, assisted living, or nursing homes is preferred.
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and CPR certification is advantageous.
- Experience working with individuals with memory care needs or autism is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
