Job Description: The Role Bank Services Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the execution, reconciliation, and monitoring of multi-billion dollars of daily money movement in support of a variety of WI Products including Defined Contributions, Defined Benefits and Health & Welfare. The team acts as the primary contact for internal and external business partners on operational money movement issues. In addition, the team works with internal business partners to ensure that potential risk factors are understood, and best practices are followed when carrying out money movement responsibilities. Accountable for maintaining and following controls to ensure organization meets established standards. This will require the development of technical expertise across a wide array of processes, thru hands-on learning and collaboration with subject matter experts across multiple FinOps teams. In addition, this will include working with several different business partners in numerous locations so you must be highly motivated, self-directed and can motivate and lead others to ensure business critical tasks as completed. The Team Lead will also have direct communication with WI’s external banking partners and be responsible for working with both internal and external partners to accomplish key business goals. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Experience and confirmed understanding of applicable Fidelity System Applications (Omnipay, XTRAC, Disc Recon) and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Display strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to develop a clearly defined course of action to organize work and accomplish goals for yourself and your team. Achieve results by effectively communicating with internal and external business partners. Balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Manage and facilitate change through appropriate planning and communication. One to three years’ experience within a professional, fast paced, corporate environment, preferably in the financial services industry. The Team FinOps is a critical control organization responsible for performing investment execution, reconciliation, pricing and cash management control and oversight for WI products. On the FinOps Bank Services team you will monitor the execution and research high value money movements that impact clients and customers and carry a high degree of risk. The Team Lead must ensure that established controls and procedures are being followed by the team when completing daily functions and when providing support to business partners and speak to those controls with Internal and External Auditors. The Team Lead must exercise strong technical, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to meet expectations and resolve issues within defined timeframes and guidelines. The Team Lead will also act as support for the team on escalations, and ensure all daily work is completed and SLA’s are met.
