In this role you will be part of Fidelity’s Inbound Treasury business unit leading a team which supports timely processing of monetary transactions for Fidelity internal and external clients. The Inbound Treasury team provides check processing services across various channels and supports Fidelity’s growth with high quality, cost effective and innovative service solutions through talented associates and processing expertise. This position is critical to ensure the timely processing of monetary transactions for Fidelity clients. The Manager will have the responsibility to continually improve services through effective coaching and development. This individual will provide line management of day-to-day operations and staff, assuring adherence to prescribed levels of productivity, accuracy, customer service, compliance and controls. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations or banking environment Minimum 4 years of management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience You have proven leadership skills You have a business and technical understanding of operations or processing You have experience managing across multiple sites Your excellent oral and written communication skills You have exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Team Inbound processing provides imaging, data entry, correspondence and check deposit services for several Fidelity business units.
