Job Description: The Role If you thrive on continuous improvement, customer service and team development then apply to be a Senior Manager, Inbound Treasury at Fidelity Investments! This position is critical to ensure the timely processing of monetary transactions for Fidelity clients. The Manager will be responsible for continually improving services through effective coaching and development. This individual will provide line management of day-to-day operations and staff, assuring adherence to prescribed levels of productivity, accuracy, customer service, compliance, and controls. The Expertise and Skills We are Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2 years of experience in an operations or banking environment preferred At least one year of people management and development experience Strong leadership skills Working knowledge of a business and technical understanding of operations or processing Taking initiative to continually advance associate's levels of expertise, not only within their respective areas but from an end-to-end perspective. Experience managing across multiple sites Written and verbal communications skills for explaining ideas, questions and resolutions, and other internal and external communications. Ability to influence others and partner across all levels of the organization and appropriate business partners. Ability to establish and execute plans and set clear goals that drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable delivery of quality, cost, and service delivery goals Proactively identifying, prioritizing, and driving opportunities to improve the business Provide direction by translating the broader organization's business plan and aligning resources to execute the plan Attracting, developing, and retaining a high performing team Drive results by creating a climate of respect, open collaboration, and teamwork Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
