Job Description : The Role
Fidelity Labs is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a newly founded startup. The startup's focus is building innovative technology for financial advisors and their clients. This role will be responsible for wearing a variety of hats, including analyzing and synthesizing large datasets, supporting new product experiments with the target audience to better understand feature desirability, and proposing and implementing process improvements that will improve the speed and quality of the team's delivery. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with product managers, design researchers, and engineers to move ideas from concepts to scale and bring these groundbreaking ideas to market.

- Contribute to the ongoing support of existing clients by helping to investigate issues and bugs, growing the knowledge base through thorough product write-ups and FAQs, or running ad hoc experiments to better understand future feature desirability.
- Undergraduate degree, graduate degree with a focus in analytics, business, or product management (or equivalent experience).
- Special points for operations experience, product experience, or experience with product market fit experiments.
- Someone who is curious, driven, experimental, and numbers-focused who finds ways to make processes 1% (or 100%!) better than the last time.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter. You enjoy connecting the dots, taking disparate processes and pieces of information, synthesizing them, and standardizing a process or proposing a solution.
Salary Range : 100K $150K
