Job Description:
The Role
As the Director of Change Management, you will be part of a team that is responsible for helping Fidelity Brokerage achieve its talent strategy objectives by applying an engagement and change management lense to large scale strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Head of Engagement & Change Management to ensure alignment across initiatives impacting people leaders and associates. You’ll own the development and execution of tactical plans that drive a superior, cohesive communications and engagement experience for the full range of Brokerage stakeholders, including executives, people leaders and associates.
Listening to and learning from our associates is critical, enabling continuous feedback loops, coordinating executive site visits and conducting user feedback sessions will be an important part of the role. You will work closely with key partners in Communications, Line HR, Workforce Strategy & Planning, Talent and Learning, and more!
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Prove ability to work across all levels of leadership
8 years experienced developing and implementing change management and/or communications plans
Excellent presentation, speaking and, communication (verbal and written) skills with experience creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
Experience documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of a training program
