DIRECTOR, GROWTH STRATEGY

Seated within Fidelity’s Workplace Investing business unit, our team is uniquely positioned to use the company’s depth of experience as the nation’s leader in workplace benefits, while blazing our own trail to serve customers in new ways and find new revenue growth.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Director, Growth Strategy to join our Student Debt Product Area. You will work across product, marketing, and sales to own our go-to-market strategy from end-to-end to achieve growth objectives for our market-leading Student Debt offerings. You will deliver measurable growth results by keeping up with student debt industry trends, positioning our product’s many advantages to the market, and articulating strategic vision to partners and executives. If you thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, like to think broadly, yet still go deep and contribute to market leading innovations, then this opportunity is for you.

The Expertise You Have

• 10 years of go-to-market, startup strategy, or product experience
• History of growing a new product, brand, or business in B2B environments
• History of leading cross-partner solutions in the face of ambiguity
• History of analyzing data to communicate a product’s value proposition
• History of evangelizing narratives and driving projects forward through rallying teammates to action

• Ability to bring together multi-functional partners to achieve common goals
• Ability to craft compelling data-driven narratives across various levels of stakeholders
• Ability to change governance processes that need to evolve as products scale

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
