Job Description : The RoleThe HR director has key accountability in managing HR’s relationship with the business and works directly with senior leaders and their direct reports (SVPs and VPs). The role is responsible for leading compensation, recruitment, talent management, and organizational development initiatives supporting the Fidelity Digital Assets (FDA) organization. Key areas of focus include organizational design, workforce planning, manager effectiveness, coaching and feedback, performance and change management, inclusion, and engagement efforts.This role reports to the head of HR for Fidelity Digital Assets within the Brokerage HR team. The team works in a highly collaborative HR service model committed to executing talent strategy and key priorities to increase organizational performance and effectiveness.The Expertise and Skills You BringHR business partner / generalist working in a global organization with a matrixed, agile operating model.Actively listens to the needs and concerns of business leaders, connects and integrates priorities and can develop strategic, pragmatic recommendations / solutions.Demonstrable experience in advising, influencing, and coaching senior leaders.You are confident in partnering with leaders at all levels, challenging and influencing difficult issues and strategic decisions, as well as providing sophisticated solutions to complex issues in an ambiguous environment.You can lead change initiatives and craft strategic workforce plans.
