The Role
Are you passionate about investment product marketing that resonates? If so, join the Portfolio & Advisory Solutions Marketing team where our mission is to champion the investment talents and capabilities behind Fidelity’s solutions in this rapidly growing and evolving space. As a Marketing Director, you’ll develop and execute product marketing plans for Fidelity’s Integrated Portfolio Construction capabilities. You’ll partner closely with investment, product, and distribution teams to deliver on an array of marketing activities, including product launch plans, collateral, presentations, and digital content. You’ll also be responsible for driving integrated messaging and content strategy that weaves together asset allocation, investment research, risk management, and other concepts, into a cohesive, compelling story that elevates our full range of Portfolio Construction Solutions, including Portfolio Quick Check, Model Portfolios, and more. This is a diverse and fast-paced marketing role that provides a great opportunity to collaborate across the Marketing organization on strategically important work.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree
- 6 years of experience working in financial services industry in a marketing communications/program management capacity
- Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products
- Intermediary and institutional investor market experience preferred
- Expertise in all aspects of marketing content development
- Experience leading complex marketing projects through execution with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate technical information into compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Creativity and curiosity to develop innovative ways to tell the investment story
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using good judgment in engaging business partners
