Job Description:
eDiscovery Analyst
Fidelity Investments is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to join a highly motivated team within the Legal Department. This role requires familiarity with electronic data preservation, collection, and analysis.
The qualified candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced global culture, where learning new skills and quick problem-solving is critical to success. Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) is preferred but not required.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor's degree required.
Technical experience with workflows and scripting preferred.
Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
The Skills You Bring
Familiarity with electronic communications (i.e., email, social networks, instant messaging, text messaging, wikis, and blogs).
Ability to work independently and transparently, while also acting as an exceptional team player.
Ability to prioritize heavy workload with competing deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Curious and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Excel, and OneNote).
Experience with Microsoft Purview and OpenText Information Assurance (Encase) is desired.
Knowledge of PowerShell is desired.
The Value You Deliver
Intake, execute and track multiple requests to preserve and collect electronically stored information (ESI), including, but not limited to: (1) electronic communications, and (2) electronic documents.
Monitor and maintain accurate metrics and detailed tracking information related to eDiscovery efforts in proprietary workflow system.
Communicate and collaborate with different groups including: (1) eDiscovery team members, (2) litigation support, (3) in-house counsel, (4) corporate security, (5) compliance, and (6) other business users.
Ensure accuracy of the data preserved or collected, confirming that the search yielded the desired results.
Deliver data accurately and in a timely fashion.
Assist in refining and documenting the eDiscovery team's processes to ensure work is conducted in the most defensible and efficient manner.

Salary : $54,700 - $69,300
