Manager, Audit Innovation
The Role
We are looking to hire an upbeat and experienced Manager for our Innovation team. As an innovation practitioner, you will deliver automation capabilities that generate efficiency and enhance the assurance provided by Corporate Audit. You are an expert automation and analytics practitioner with significant background in applying innovative techniques to the audit process. Your role as an experienced member of the Innovation team within Corporate Audit supports the development of strong organization wide digital auditing capabilities. You will partner with the team to :
- Complete the project and initiatives for your team and develop digital auditing solutions
- Sharing information about the innovation squad's output and priorities with other squad members
- Mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Implement audit automation work through a well-organized backlog and clearly communicating the highest value work
- Delivering work product according to the acceptance criteria for audit automation and assurance enhancing capabilities
- Regularly engaging with the team members to offer feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements and answer business and technology questions
- Removing roadblocks or impediments that prevent the squad from progressing on its work

The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$144,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
