The Role
The Manager, Alternative Investments, Investor Relations services the associates of the fast-growing Alternative Investments Investor Relations team. We are looking for a seasoned manager who will lead, manage, and inspire a team of associates responsible for the end-to-end operational processing for the suite of Alternative funds. Navigate industry-wide processes and deal with moderately complex nuanced products to support transactional activity. Provide an exemplary client experience for all Fidelity clients.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelors or equivalent
- Alternatives experience preferred, but not required
- 5 years of experience in a manager role
- Experience overseeing employee performance and development, including performance appraisal and the mentoring, coaching, and training of managers and junior team members

This new space offers Fidelity a new asset class previously unexplored by current day Fidelity funds (ETFs, Mutual Funds). Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
