Job Description
The WI Business Infrastructure Management team is seeking an individual to join our team of experienced software developers, building and maintaining a suite of tools which support a variety Workplace Investing teams. Through process redesign and the application of technology we help our business partners improve efficiency and quality, reduce risk, and solve unique business challenges.
The Team
The Business Infrastructure Management Team seeks to create stability within the organization by providing technology-based solutions to a variety of business challenges. We work with multiple internal teams across Workplace Investing crafting solutions ranging from simple reports to complete workflow applications. Our focus is seamlessly bringing together information from multiple disconnected systems to meet the specific needs of our customers’ business processing.

The Expertise You Have
- Experienced with MS Office development using VBA in Access & Excel
- Proficient in SQL Server, including database management and ETL processes
- Skilled in data analysis, including advanced query development and T-SQL programming
- Workplace Investing domain expertise a plus (DB, DC)
- Web development and cloud implementation experience a plus
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn
- Possesses good communication skills and enjoys working with others, including analysts and business partners
- Able to perform process, data and systems analysis
- Seeks and implements opportunities for process improvement
- Curiosity to test and try new technologies, and the creativity to explore new uses for existing platforms and tools
- Partner with analysts to evaluate business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Identify and plan activities to be completed during application development effort
- Integrate application functional design with overall system architecture
- Create and implement testing to ensure project success
- Provide ongoing production support to application suite
