CLIENT ENGAGEMENT LEAD– LIFETIME INCOME

As part of this mission, the lifetime income team offers our clients and their employees a suite of solutions that are designed to meet the individual and diverse needs of our participants as they prepare for their retirement years.
The Role
The Lifetime Income client engagement lead will partner across the organization to lead the onboarding and client and participant engagement, across our suite of lifetime income products and services, including Guaranteed Income Direct. A member of our Lifetime Income product team, the lead will act as a subject matter expert for annuity distributions and products and partner with implementation teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our clients. Post implementation, the client engagement lead will continue to partner with our clients, to drive participant education and awareness of Guaranteed Income Direct and/ or any additional Lifetime Income Solutions the client has chosen to adopt.

The client engagement lead is a critical to the success of our lifetime income products and solutions.
The lead will help coordinate key client implementation and readiness materials across cross-functional internal stakeholder teams and third parties.
The lead will also act as primary support for any questions and issues our internal client teams and our plan sponsors may have about their lifetime income product adoption and implementation.
This role is key in providing our clients and their employees with new and critical solutions that can help millions of Americans retire successfully.

The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s Degree
5 - 7 plus years of financial services experience with experience in defined contribution plans a plus
Experience with guaranteed income solutions and new business operations
Experience working with directly with clients to drive results
Strong internal and external relationship management skills
