Job Description : Senior Art DirectorWe are looking for conceptual visual thinkers, problem solvers, designers, but most of all makers. As a member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference and bring your mind and creative spirit to every problem.The Expertise and Skills You Bring 5-plus years designing advertising / marketing campaigns at an agency or in-house for major brand(s)Experience teaming with copywriting partners to ideate and executeBFA in Graphic Design, Advertising or similar experienceExpertise and fluency with a majority of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and an understanding of the process of concepting for video units on every platform.Experience in content creation and the conceptual chops to grab someone’s attention, connect emotionally and tell a great story.Knowledge of social media requirements and the tools for delivering for each platformAn active user of multiple social media platforms personallyExperience designing for platforms including, but not limited to : Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and PinterestInterest in – and knowledge of – emerging cultural trendsAn understanding of the diverse audiences on social, and the unique needs of those audiencesConfidence to present ideas (including the crazy ones) to your peers and senior leadersAn ability to have fun while working hard in a fast-paced, agile environmentA curious mind and a positive attitudePortfolio required for consideration.
