We are seeking an experienced individual to serve as Senior Manager, Product Governance to conduct research and analysis related to mutual fund and ETF product proposals. This includes proposals for new funds, changes to funds, mergers, and liquidations. Reporting into a Vice President in Product Governance, you will enjoy exposure to wide variety of projects spanning asset classes, and work closely with other product professionals and oversight partners to ensure that proposals are thoroughly researched and well designed to benefit fund shareholders.

The Expertise You Have
- Technical knowledge of mutual funds and ETFs.
- Familiarity with Fidelity’s fund offerings, unregistered investment product structures, and/or alternative investments a plus.
- Cross-functional project management experience.
- Experience balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data analysis, connecting dots across projects, spotting potential issues, and driving towards resolution of those issues.
- 5-8 years' success in the financial industry.
- Curiosity and self-motivation to learn and understand.
- Effective communicator. You can absorb complex information and present it, orally or in writing, in a digestible, audience-friendly way.
- Ability to see the big picture, but careful attention to detail.
- Positive relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills up and down the organization.
- Humility, with a genuine desire for continuous improvement.
- Good judgment, so that you can make recommendations and decisions, balancing different perspectives while placing fund shareholder interests first.
