Job Title : Senior Manager, Risk Program Management
The Corporate Risk team is seeking a Senior Manager to support Fidelity's High Risk Roles (HRR) Program. The HRR Program is a critical component of the firm-wide risk and security landscape focused on mitigating financial, legal, reputational, and technological risk to the firm by conducting supplemental background reviews of associates who have access to the firm's critical assets.
The Senior Risk Manager will be a member of the dynamic and energetic team to support the HRR Program including the annual identification of associates subject to the program requirements, coordinating the facilitation of enhanced background reviews of these associates, and evaluation of new and existing application access for program applicability.
In this role you will :
- Work closely with partners in Technology Risk to continuously evaluate applications, access, and new technologies
- Maintain and update the program dashboards using Tableau, Alteryx, SQL and identify ways to drive efficiency and automation
- Produce executive level reporting and presentations including committee meeting materials
- Collaborate with colleagues from Background Investigations, Human Resources, Legal, and various business units to provide updates and resolve issues
- Support various initiatives and projects related to the Enterprise Risk Management Program
