The Senior Manager, Thought Leadership, Content Analysis will be a key member of the Global / Workplace Thought Leadership team and will work across the team and with the new Workplace Editorial Content team. In this role, you will write and edit digital content for the Workplace Investing Thought Leadership team. We are looking for a strong writer with a digital focus who will perform all levels of writing and editing, from research and interviewing subject matter experts, to developing copy, writing scripts for video, copyediting, fact-checking, and proofreading. This individual will work with subject matter experts to help 'atomize' thought leadership data and insights in novel ways to drive better engagement with clients and participants. This work will include managing the development of content in richer formats (video, podcasts, etc.) and across multiple channels (social, digital, live channel). Additionally, this individual will lead the updating and management of key content, by working with data experts.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter, with a willingness to learn, a passion for delivery, and a comfort with data. This individual will gain a deep understanding of individual and plan sponsor needs and will have an opportunity to grow their impact in this role.
The Expertise You Have

A bachelor's degree of 3 years of experience creating and managing content for well-established brands

Passion to understand, and deliver on, the needs of our customers

Strong story-telling ability to adapt the message to channel and audience

Knowledge of workplace benefits and our offerings preferred

Experience with Agile principles a plus
