Job Description : SOFTWARE ENGINEER

The Role

As a Software Engineer on the Wallet team, you'll get the opportunity to develop your skills and collaborate with engineers in Wallet and across Fidelity in a fun and dynamic environment. You will work closely with technical leaders and Architects to build a secure crypto platform utilizing modern software development practices.

The Expertise and Skills You BringB.S in Computer Science or related field.3 years of software development experience on business critical, enterprise-wide applications.2 years of experience in Angular and Java / J2EEProven experience of Angular UI, TypeScript, HTML, CSS is a mustSpring Frameworks - Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Web MVC, Spring AOP, etc.Experience in Git and CI / CD pipeline is a must.Docker and Kubernetes are must.Experience with SQL and relational Databases a plusAWS experience in services like EC2, S3 and Lambda is a strong plusAbility to write clean, readable, and maintainable codeVery good communication skills with ability to do internal demos and presentations.Experience with or willingness to work in agile operating modelEnthusiastic and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks.Possess a strong sense of ownership and works well in a small agile team.Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time.Participate in engineering practices such as code and design reviews, environment strategy, and build and deployment pipelines.Strong organizational skills and attention to details
