The Role
Fidelity Labs is looking for a seasoned Software Engineer to help deliver the best product experience to our customers. We are seeking a developer with a proven track record of shipping major features in production environments, iOS development experience, and deep understanding of blockchain technology backed by demonstrated passion for the space.

- Architect and implement scalable, secure services while maintaining high standards of code quality and system design
- Contribute to mobile development initiatives in the near future (iOS experience)
- Drive engineering best practices, standards, and tooling across the development team
- Provide strong technical presence through code reviews, pair programming with developers, and fostering a collaborative learning environment
- Partner with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business objectives
- Monitor and optimize system performance, implementing proactive alerting mechanisms
- Lead technical documentation efforts to ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to development initiatives, with iOS experience being advantageous
- Resolve complex technical challenges and architect solutions that scale with business growth
- Drive continuous improvement in development methodologies and engineering processes
